Jim Chapman
Jim Chapman, 56, of Susanville, a long time community volunteer and local elected official. A cycling
enthusiast and advocate. The past 30 years he has owned and operated a local mail and copying
business. Jim is married to Marilyn Sue Chapman, an elementary school teacher. Jim is volunteering
to crew for the team in support of his good friends, Rick and Anna Stewart.
