Hello all! We are Gary and Sandy Estes from Tom Bean, Texas.   We are both avid cyclists with many miles under our tires but this will be our first crewing experience and we are so excited to be a part of Pat and Charlie’s team.  We started cycling years ago and enjoyed riding singles before we married.  As a couple, we now ride a tandem with Lone Star Randonneurs .  We love spending hours together seeing the beautiful back roads of Texas, Oklahoma and any other state we can bike through. We hope to ride RAW/RAAM in the near future.

I am excited about being part of Charlie and Pats RAW crew. It should be a great adventure and learning experience. I am a 56 year old self employed remodeling contractor. I started cycling again in 2004 after a long hyates. Competed in several triathlons, until I had to retire my running legs. Still enjoy long distance cycling, and have always enjoyed outdoor activities. Other hobbies include training and riding horses, fishing, camping. Also enjoy spending time with my bride of thirty six years ,Nancy, our three children, and six grandchildren.
